In addition to co-ordinating the review and issue of procedures and standards,
I undertook the wider role of promoting best practices relating to business planning and information management.

I revised the guidelines for document formatting and preparation, and implemented a new-style "Revision History & References" page into the procedure template, into which details of cross-references such as Railway Group Standards, could be listed in relation to their role in the document's development and revision.
